XML Reference for the Workday Connector

When you add a Workday connector to the Anypoint Studio canvas, Studio automatically populates the XML code with the connector namespace and schema location. If you are creating your XML by hand, you need to add this code yourself.

  • Namespace: http://www.mulesoft.org/schema/mule/workday

  • Schema Location: http://www.mulesoft.org/schema/mule/workday/current/mule-workday.xsd

If you are manually coding the Mule application in Studio’s XML editor or another text editor, you need to define the namespace and schema location in the header of your Configuration XML, inside the <mule> tag like this:

      xmlns:workday="http://www.mulesoft.org/schema/mule/workday"
      xsi:schemaLocation="

               http://www.mulesoft.org/schema/mule/workday/current/mule-workday.xsd">

      <!-- put your global configuration elements and flows here -->

</mule>

Note that Studio interprets current in the schema path as the current Mule version.

Maven Dependency Information

For Maven dependency management, you need to include this XML snippet in your pom.xml file.

<dependency>
  <groupId>org.mule.connectors</groupId>
  <artifactId>mule-workday-connector</artifactId>
  <version>9.1.0</version>
  <classifier>mule-plugin</classifier>
</dependency>

Inside the <version> tags, you put the version number of the connector, the word RELEASE for the latest release, or SNAPSHOT for the latest available version.
