Fixed in the Release

Fixed internal tests that were not running on M4-1.1.x.
Fixed error that prevented validation for "Method not allowed" when using the api in 1.1.x.
Fixed issue where APIKIT was not resolving %20 parameters in URI params.

Exported disableValidations to the apikit 1.1.x API for Mule 4
