ServiceNow Studio Configuration - Mule 4

To configure a connector in Anypoint Studio:

  1. Install the connector.

  2. Configure the connector.

  3. Configure an input source for the connector.

Install the Connector Using Exchange

  1. In Studio, create a Mule Project.

  2. Click the Exchange (X) icon in the upper left of the Studio task bar.

  3. From Exchange click Login and supply your Anypoint Platform username and password.

  4. Search for the ServiceNow connector.

  5. Select ServiceNow, click Add to project.

  6. Follow the prompts to install the ServiceNow Connector.

Install the Connector in Studio

  1. From Studio, create a Mule Project.

  2. Within the Mule Palette, click (X) Search in Exchange.

  3. From Add Modules to Project, type ServiceNow in the search field.

  4. Click the ServiceNow Connector name in Available modules.

  5. Click Add.

  6. Click Finish.

Refer to these values when configuring your connector.

The WSDL endpoint

ServiceNow Version

The ServiceNow version being used

User table list

Custom tables for a user that is logged in

Configure an Input Source

ServiceNow’s operations can’t be used as an input source, so you’ll need to configure it by using an HTTP Listener, or Scheduler.
