Tracking Transmissions
In Anypoint Partner Manager, one transmission can consist of one or more messages. Use the transmission view to monitor transmissions exchanged between partners and to view the transmission contents. At a high level, a transmission record contains the following information:

Data payloads received from partners or sent to partners via a configured protocol such as AS2, HTTP, SFTP or FTP

Message disposition notifications (MDNs), if the payload is exchanged with partners via AS2 protocol functional acknowledgments

Locate a Transmission
Select a transmission to view its details and view and download the message contents:

In the sidebar, select Activity.

Select Transmissions.

Search for the transmission.

Optionally, filter the search results based on the following criteria:

Partner name
-
Message direction
-
Date range within which the message was sent
You can retrieve up to one week’s worth of messages.

Message processing status, such as
Received
-
Acknowledgment status, such as
Overdue
-
Partner message type, such as
X12 - 850
-
Host message type, such as
JSON host-purchase-order
-
Transmission ID
-
Whether transmissions are replays
Partner Manager returns a list of transmissions that meet your search criteria along with related information, such as the date the transmission was received, number of messages in the transmission, message type, control number, and acknowledgment status.

Do either of the following:

Click a transmission to review additional information about the transmission and to view its message flow.

Click messages to see information about the messages in the transaction, as described in Activity Message Tracking.

View Details for an Inbound Transmission
The additional details for an inbound transmission include the following information:

Transmission status (a green checkmark for success or a red exclamation point for failure)
-
Transmission ID
-
Control number associated with the transmitted file, if available
-
Information about the message source, including the date and time that the message was received, control number, name and protocol of the receiving (Receive from Partners) endpoint, and message type, such as
mythical-po-ack
-
Number of received messages for each message type in the transmitted file
-
Custom message attributes, if any.
If the transmission is a replay, the details also include a link to the original (replayed) transmission.
If this transmission was replayed, the details also include the date and time of the most recent replay.
Take any of the following actions to view and download additional information about the inbound transmission:

View Details for an Outbound Transmission
The details for an outbound transmission include the following information:

Transmission status (a green checkmark for success or a red exclamation point for failure)

Date and time when the file was sent

Control number associated with the transmitted file, if one exists

Message type, such as

If this transmission is a replay, the details also include the transmission ID of the original (replayed) transmission.
If this transmission was replayed, the details also include the date and time of the most recent replay.
