Deploying Mule Applications to Anypoint Platform PCE

After you install Anypoint Platform Private Cloud Edition (Anypoint Platform PCE) and register your hybrid servers, you can deploy Mule applications to those servers through Runtime Manager.

Before you deploy, ensure that:

  • Your servers are registered and running in Runtime Manager. See About Servers, Server Groups, and Clusters.

  • Your IDE is configured to use your Anypoint Platform PCE control plane rather than the default cloud Anypoint Platform.

You can develop and package applications with either Anypoint Code Builder or Anypoint Studio, then deploy them to Anypoint Platform PCE.

Deploy Using Anypoint Code Builder

Use Anypoint Code Builder in VS Code to develop, package, and deploy Mule applications to Anypoint Platform PCE. You can follow the standard Anypoint Code Builder documentation without MuleSoft Vibes. MuleSoft Vibes is optional.

Deploy Using Anypoint Studio

Configure Anypoint Studio to connect to your Anypoint Platform PCE instance, then package your application and deploy it to a hybrid server in Runtime Manager:

Anypoint Studio’s Deploy to CloudHub option targets CloudHub and does not deploy applications to Anypoint Platform PCE hybrid servers. For PCE, export a deployable JAR and upload it in Runtime Manager.
