Fixed Issues

MMP-366 - Plugin does not add manually exported resources from external jar.
MMP-363 - ArtifactNotFoundException: Could not find artifact org.mule.extensions:mule-core-modules-parent:pom:1.0.0 when deploying application.
MMP-356 - Duplicated versions of modules added to packaged application through transitive dependencies.
MMP-355 - Exported resources is being always auto generated.
