Configuring DNS on Anypoint Platform PCE

For Mule runtime engine (Mule) to communicate with Anypoint Platform, you must provide the DNS or IP address where your Anypoint Platform Private Cloud Edition (Anypoint Platform PCE) installation is exposed to the local network. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. From Anypoint Platform, click Access Management.

  2. Click DNS/IP.

  3. In Platform DNS/IP, enter the address where you are hosting the platform.

  4. Click Save.

If you perform a DNS update that changes the endpoints that Mule instances use to connect to Runtime Manager, you must restart the Mule instances before they can connect to the new endpoints.
