Request VPC Connectivity for Anypoint VPCs before November 2018

To connect your Anypoint VPC to your internal network using VPN tunnel, peering, or direct connect, you must:

  1. Download the Anypoint VPC discovery form, which requires at least MS Excel 2007 with macros enabled).

When updating an existing VPN, the VPC discovery form is required only if the VPN was created prior to November 2018. For all VPNs created after November 2018, follow the self-service steps in Create an Anypoint VPN.
  2. Enter the data to communicate the necessary details required for your connectivity method. If you need support for multiple regions, submit one copy of the discovery form for each region in which you need support.

  3. Contact your MuleSoft account representative to discuss your specific requirements.
After the MuleSoft Support team receives your form and answers any remaining questions, they securely exchange keys, and supply instructions on how to configure your router(s).

The SLA for configuring Anypoint VPC is five business days after the Anypoint VPC discovery form has been completed, returned and approved by Support, though the Anypoint VPC configuration may be completed sooner.
