Cause

You have not configured the Payload Storage.

Solutions

If your payload storage is configured, verify that it is active:

  1. From within Anypoint Partner Manager, select your hostname profile.

  2. Scroll down to Payload storage and click Edit.

  3. Review your payload storage configuration and status.

  4. If your payload storage is not configured, configure it as described in Configuring a Payload Storage API.
